Digital Project Manager

Applications from individuals who are unable to travel to the agency located in Québec City each week will not be considered.

Role:

Participate in meetings with clients, identify their objectives, and propose appropriate strategic recommendations.
Take charge of digital project planning: preferred channels, key messages, budgets, timelines.
Develop multi-channel digital strategies (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, content, emails, etc.)
Conduct performance audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis using tools such as SEMrush.
Ensure project follow-up: assign tasks to the team, manage resources, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.
Reporting on digital campaigns and tracking results (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, GTM, etc.)
Present deliverables and results in a clear, structured, and compelling manner.
Maintain a high level of quality, rigor, and customer relations throughout the project.
Constantly monitor digital trends to enrich our recommendations

Between 3 and 5 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or project management
Experience in an agency or managing multiple clients simultaneously
Excellent understanding of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta), SEO (strategic and technical), and social media
Strong knowledge of SEMrush, GA4, GTM, GMB, Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
Ability to organize, plan, manage priorities, and track multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable with writing, client presentations, explaining complex ideas in simple terms, and team coordination
Independent, organized, proactive, and results-oriented
Knowledge of the Quebec market
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

A permanent position or a 12-month contract, depending on your profile
